Everyone was so patient and kind! Matt and Carissa were the people we worked with and we were so blessed to have them! I cant remember the name of the gentleman who traveled to Joliet with mom s body for burial, but he was also extremely professional and helpful! We will continue to seek out and recommend Konrad-Behlman for our future needs in this life!

While I didn't go through them for my mother's cremation (couldn't afford it), they were the house that held onto my mom for over a week while I sorted through the wreckage in the immediate aftermath of her passing. They were extremely kind and generous to me and I will never be able to repay that even if I had all of the money in the world, because they could have been heartless ghouls, but chose to embrace the best parts of humanity knowing I needed their help. They even directed me to the group that would ultimately complete my mother's cremation. They are a top notch outfit and I couldn't possibly say enough good things about them.

It takes a special person to do what they do, Jay is that person. Hes very thorough & compassionate. I highly recommend him & his staff. Thank you for getting my family through this difficult time.
