We had my dads service here and it was my first time going through the process of doing this. I will say Krause staff made it easy. They worked with the budget we had. The staff that came to pick up my dad from hospice was respectful and nice. The reason for 4 stars was because I did call and tell them to give my dad a goatee and they shaved all his facial hair off. I didnt like that. When I questioned a staff member about it she was misinformed and said that my dad came there like that and I said no he didnt I was with him until the put him in the hearse. My dad and I had lots of conversations about facial hair and I loved him with it and at first he didnt agree and would always shave it off but at the end he loved his facial hair. Overall, the experience was good. I would recommend them.
