When my mother-in-law passed away unexpectedly we were lost as to what the next steps were for cremation and funeral arrangements. We met with our funeral director, Samantha, at Schramka (Thiensville) and she immediately showed us so much compassion and care. She made the planning so easy and we never felt like she was giving us a sales pitch. She truly cared about honoring our loved one in the best way we could. She catered to our requests and talked us through the things we werent quite sure about. Every step of the process was perfect. We had a beautiful service and people still keep telling us how wonderful the funeral and funeral home were. My family could not thank Samantha and Schramka enough for all they have done for us. We will be back soon for pre-planning arrangements too.

Samantha was amazing! She was patient, supportive, detailed. She did a wonderful job setting up our Taps Ceremony. She was very quick on my last minute hiccup with our prayer cards. I would highly recommend to families trying to navigate such a stressful and sad time and need help with funeral arrangements to work with Samantha.
