We are having our sister cremated here and we came to do a viewing. When I say the lady there was the most genuine empathetic person Ive encountered with in a long time. She handled the situation with care and compassion. This is a very traumatic/sad time for most people and the fact that they handle the situation like it was their loved ones and not just a job speaks beyond words!

The nicest kindest people so considerate I dont know of any other funeral home that is this loving and caring

From the first contact and throughout the process Roger Jennings and team went out of their way to make a very difficult situation as easy as possible and honored my wishes to the smallest detail. Great experience despite such heartbreak and I would highly recommend this funeral home for all your loved ones.

Andrew was great! I looked on Google of places near me that would do a pick up for cremation and their website said that if they don't answer to leave a V.M. I called, and honestly, I didn't want to leave a v.m because I wanted someone to talk to right then and not wait even longer for my fur baby Zoey to just lay there after passing overnight. I let it ring a couple times and hung up to try and find someone else. And within seconds Andrew was calling me back.He was able to give me pricing over the phone and it wasn't a surprise once he arrived. He was able to get my Zoey Within minutes because of my location to him. He had my brat ( thats what ive called her for years) back to me 11 hours later and it broke my heart into a million more pieces to have her back in that form, but so glad she was back home. He gave me some of her fur, her nose print and paw print. We have one other dog, and when its her time, I will definitely be calling again. Thank you!!!

When my dog pewee passed away a few years ago the owner was very compassionate with the loss of my pet and handled everything with delicate care. When my girl Paige passes I'll be coming back to him for her cremation as well.

Alan and his wife made the effort to meet with me after hours. He listened to my concerns and understood we wanted my boy's body to be treated gently and with respect. I'll always remember Alan and how respectful and accommodating he was during one of the worst days of my life.

Brent was very kind and very professional. He has gone above and beyond for Johnny Yarbrough's family. My aunt Carolyn Yarbrough was so relieved to have such and kind and caring person, he is still working on getting a Veterans flag for her even though his job has been done for over a month. Thank you Brent, you are a blessing.

I can't say enough good things about Dotson Funeral Home. When my husband passed away in May, they were with me through the entire process with compassion and efficiency. They went out of their way to make sure every detail was taken care of. The Celebration of Life was wonderful. My husband would have been humbled and very appreciative. When I went to finalize the plan, my son and I were sent home afterwards with a sacked gourmet lunch to enjoy. They thought of everything. I highly recommend them and have left instructions with my son that I want Dotson Funeral Home to handle the arrangements when I pass. Thank you Brent and Sarah.

Mike and James that work as the maintenance workers are the best. They greeted us when we were there putting on family flowers. They told us if we had any problems with anything to let. Them know. A vase on my Grandparents marker is loose and they said they would be happy to fix it.

Beautiful cemetery with so many different options for burial. I was helped immediately and given many choices that fit my wishes and budget. Cemetery is well maintained! I would recommend to any of my friends or family.

I couldnt recommend Jimmy and McCammon-Ammons-Click enough, they went above and beyond helping my wife and mother-in-law with arrangements for my father-in-law. He had very specific last wishes for his funeral and Jimmy was so helpful in making all those arrangements come true.

I cannot thank Jimmy and the staff at McCammon-Ammons-Click funeral home enough for taking care of us when my dad passed. If I could give them 100 stars I would!!

Our family has always used Smith. I recently had an aunt pass away and I went to her service and the funeral home was beautiful. The man that helped us said they had just repainted and it looked great. services went perfectly and everyone was so nice. highly recommend.
