Continental Pet Cremations

Andrew was great! I looked on Google of places near me that would do a pick up for cremation and their website said that if they don't answer to leave a V.M. I called, and honestly, I didn't want to leave a v.m because I wanted someone to talk to right then and not wait even longer for my fur baby Zoey to just lay there after passing overnight. I let it ring a couple times and hung up to try and find someone else. And within seconds Andrew was calling me back.He was able to give me pricing over the phone and it wasn't a surprise once he arrived. He was able to get my Zoey Within minutes because of my location to him. He had my brat ( thats what ive called her for years) back to me 11 hours later and it broke my heart into a million more pieces to have her back in that form, but so glad she was back home. He gave me some of her fur, her nose print and paw print. We have one other dog, and when its her time, I will definitely be calling again. Thank you!!!

When my dog pewee passed away a few years ago the owner was very compassionate with the loss of my pet and handled everything with delicate care. When my girl Paige passes I'll be coming back to him for her cremation as well.

Alan and his wife made the effort to meet with me after hours. He listened to my concerns and understood we wanted my boy's body to be treated gently and with respect. I'll always remember Alan and how respectful and accommodating he was during one of the worst days of my life.
