Over the past several months, we have had to use the pet cremation services through Williams several times and cant say enough positive things about how compassionate and caring every member of the staff was even when one of our fur babies passed after hours. Unfortunately we recently had to use Williams Funeral Home for services related to the death of my father. Daddy had prepaid his funeral and burial expenses but there were still a few details and the scheduling of the actual service that had to be taken care of. I will admit that I was a little nervous because I have always been more familiar with other local funeral homes. However, Jenna and the rest of the staff at Williams absolutely won me over by going far beyond what doing their jobs would have involved. Jenna took my fathers information and helped to create a perfect obituary and also planned the order of the service and my chosen songs better than I could have done myself. The entire staff at Oakes and Nichols played a role in helping my siblings and me through one of the hardest times of our lives. When Mom passed they helped us with the arrangements for her celebration of life. Patiently they answered our questions. Lovingly, they showed how much they care, not only for our Mom but for the ones left behind. Moms celebration was perfect. We couldnt have asked for a better service.

We have used their Family Pals services twice now in the past year. They are so kind and respectful. You are treated compassionatlely from the moment you first call to when you pick your fur baby up. Definitely recommend them

I recently had to say goodbye to my 16 1/2 year old 7 pound Shorkie, Bella. We were extremely close as she was by my side through cancer open heart surgery multiple pulmonary embolisms and DVT, septic shock from hip replacement and ecoli Bella stayed by my side. She knew when I was not well and would stay in bed as long as I did sometimes 12hours. The best pet Ive owned in my 63 years of life. My local vet recommended Family Pals to handle the cremation. The box was besutiful and they etched a photo of her on the top as well as her dob and dod. Family Pals did an incredible job and included a disc with her pawprints. Heritage is beautiful inside and spotless! I have been a couple of ceremonies there and they are always so personal and quiet. Its a gorgeous venue and the staff are so nice and readily available when you need something.

We have used Heritage Funeral Home for creamation services twice. Both times the staff have been very compassionate in our time of planning. They are all very kind, helpful in answering any and all questions. I highly recommend you contact them for any funeral needs you have and for pre planning.

From the moment I contacted this funeral home (Columbia location) to arrange my Mothers graveside services and received a call back from Mrs. Rose Ogilvie McClain , the process was smooth and streamlined. She was very respectful, kind and empathic. She listened to me as I explained my Mothers wishes and patiently answered my questions .
