We have used their Family Pals services twice now in the past year. They are so kind and respectful. You are treated compassionatlely from the moment you first call to when you pick your fur baby up. Definitely recommend them

I recently had to say goodbye to my 16 1/2 year old 7 pound Shorkie, Bella. We were extremely close as she was by my side through cancer open heart surgery multiple pulmonary embolisms and DVT, septic shock from hip replacement and ecoli Bella stayed by my side. She knew when I was not well and would stay in bed as long as I did sometimes 12hours. The best pet Ive owned in my 63 years of life. My local vet recommended Family Pals to handle the cremation. The box was besutiful and they etched a photo of her on the top as well as her dob and dod. Family Pals did an incredible job and included a disc with her pawprints.
