Very professional experience. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Questions were answered in a sensitive manner which helped put my husband and me more at ease.

We are from Canada. My parents were travelling in Oregon when my mom passed away suddenly with an aneurysm. State protocol required her to be transported from the highway to the nearest funeral home which was OHair and Wards. We drove 12 hours through the night to meet dad and say goodbye in the funeral home. We arrived completely frazzled, confused and devastated and having no idea what the next step was. We have never gone through anything like this We assumed it would be so complicated given we are Canadian. Robin met us with so much care and kindness. He explained everything and simplified the process by communicating directly with our insurance company. He prepared mom for viewing and even played a hymn which we requested as we said our final goodbye while still reeling over the sudden loss. He was honest. He never recommended any unnecessary charges. We felt like he understood our family values and beliefs. We left feeling relief and care.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the grounds haven't been fully revitalized, yet. While the grass isn't the greenest, the administration was superb. My parents bought their plots in 1962 and a lot has happened since then. The business went through turmoil and has changed ownership. I reached out by email and Judy responded. She was able to confirm our plots after 63 years, she sent us photos and answered all of my questions. On the day of our graveside service, she had her crew set up chairs and they were waiting to assist us. Everything went so smoothly!

My bunny passed away tragically when I got to campus and no vets were open so I had to stay with his body until we could get him cremated. Karley was so sympathetic and helpful in this process. Although this was such a difficult time for me she made it so much easier. I would recommend her to anyone in Klamath needing cremation services and memorial pieces. She went above and beyond for my baby guppy and Im grateful the last person to handle him was her. She is truly such a blessing and an amazing person, thank you so much.

Very nice place. They even had some of his fur in a little baggie attached to his death certificate. That was a thoughtful touch and I was not expecting that. My dog had beautiful red fur so I am grateful to get to keep some of it. I ordered a paw print block and a cremation necklace along with the urn of his ashes. Everything was packaged so beautifully. This process isn't easy but they made it a little bit better. Thank you.
