Floral Haven made an incredibly difficult time so very easy. The entire staff were very professional and caring while working with me while I was out of state and arranging the services for my Mother. Their attention to detail and making sure all of my questions were answered was amazing. They treated my mother and her memory with great respect and care. I cannot overstate how excellent Floral Haven is.

We are truly grateful for Floral Heaven and the exceptional support they have provided to our team and the families we mutually serve. Steve and Savannah have helped us tremendously in the past, always stepping in with professionalism, kindness, and a genuine heart for service. I just want to give this funeral home and service 5 stars for having my.grandmothers service on their website for going on 3 years now. Just a few times I have come back to see if it's still here and view my favorite parts. I'm not sure if this is the norm nowadays but I really appreciate it. She outlived nearly her entire family so the service was small and short but it was special to me. And I think it's special that they keep so many services available on the website.

I am incredibly grateful to Anna and the Hayhurst team. They did a wonderful job of arranging my Mom's celebration of life, and they thoughtfully incorporated all of my ideas. John and his staff made one of the hardest times of my life so easy. From the beginning and still calling to check on us. Great people you can trust with your loved ones.

John and Kim are two of the kindest, caring and compassionate people in the world! John always went above and beyond what was expected of him. They stayed late for our family coming in from out of state for the viewing. All the extra time they spent on all the details of making our loved ones celebration of life so very special. Was available every time for all my questions and concerns! He displayed Gods love Mercy and compassion in all they do. His team also went above and beyond to make the service one that honored our precious loved ones legacy and life!

Thank so much for a excellent job on our little angel Krista Jo Anderson she passed away unexpectedly. She had the most beautiful coffin of pink roses those were her favorite flower. My mom passed in Feb 2025 and asked to be cremated by Floral Haven. Our funeral director, Chelsea, made handling all of the arrangements so easy and answered all of our questions with patience and compassion. She and I connected immediately (I'm a Swiftie and noticed her wearing a Lover-themed cardigan so we bonded over that), and she asked lots of questions to try to get to know my mom's true personality and what she would have wanted from the funeral service. She encouraged us to bring sentimental objects from home to showcase my mom's hobbies and interests and we were able to set up a display for the service of her favorite book, album, giant poster boards of photos we'd collected, cookie cutters - all things that made it feel truly personal and a reflection of who my mom was. My mom wanted a celebration of life, not a doom and gloom affair, and Chelsea was vital in helping us achieve what actually did feel like a joyous, celebratory day in spite of all the tears shed.
