We sadly lost our puppy 30 days after adopting her. It was very traumatic and Sherry was very caring and understanding. We got a beautiful wooden urn and a special teal heart shaped urn for her ashes. Holly had to have a necropsy done, so Im not exactly sure how long the actual turn around time was from OSU releasing her to me picking her up, but it was maybe a week or so. I especially appreciated the kind letter included with her remains, and that they returned her collar. We usually use a local funeral home since were in Tulsa, but wed absolutely use Strode again. Fees were reasonable and the location is convenient.
Highly recommend, very professional, kind and considerate to you during this difficult time. Paw prints available as well as small mini urns instead of just plain wooden boxes.
Laura Jackson of Strode Funeral Home and Cremation was so compassionate and caring and listened to my husband and I as we discussed our needs at this difficult time. Thank you, Laura.
