Tom Dugan was very professional, very cordial, very understanding and compassionate as well as very accomodating and paying close attention to details as requested. My brother looked natural, like he was just sleeping. Brandi and Erin in the Owasso office were very kind, worked hard on everything despite my challenge of adding tons of pics to the slide show. They were very professional and nice to everyone who attended the funeral. Would recommend to anyone and will use again if the need arises.
