Lawton Ritter Gray staff was so much more than we expected. Very helpful with all the things we knew nothing about. They took care of all aspects related to a funeral thank goodness! Very professional, super nice and great at what they do. We as a family greatly appreciated their knowledge and their willingness to take care of ecerything. What a great load off our back at such a critical time.
The staff at Lawton Ritter Gray are exceptional. They went above and beyond w/ our mom's funeral. They did not stop there, they were a wonderful help to my sister with getting the death certificate and all the necessary paperwork. Janie, wonderful lady, that helped prepare and take care of mom. Me and my wife came in with our sweet Rosie. She was a wonderful rescue animal dear to us. They took very good care of her. They were beyond kind. They really help take care of your pet and memrialize them. Which is quite the blessing. We hoped go get our Rosie's remains back swiftly and they absolutely did just that. Im grateful to them for honoring her in a way we haven't been as fortunate to do with other pets of ours. They have nice wooden boxes that can act as picture frames. They even engraved a plaque for us for free. We cannot thank them enough! They gave us a bottle filled with her fur. As well as a book/guide on helping you through the loss of a pet.
They took such great care of our Rosie Hope. They were very kind and thoughtful with everything. They helped this process be as smooth as possible as our hearts where hurting. They went above and beyond. I left with tears of gratitude. I love this company and their owners very much, and I am so so greatful for the wonderful care they gave our sweet furry friend.
