Chris Matthews and the entire team at Matthews Funeral Home went above and beyond for my family in honoring our father in his recent passing. From the first call and throughout the whole process we were blown away by their care and customer service! Thank you so much, we are so grateful!
The family was fully pleased with this funeral home, and the way they fully and helpfully lived up to the pre-need contract MIL signed 20+ years ago. Staff was also most helpful in directing the family how to proceed with the necessary death notifications that needed to be done. A bit of a throwback, in a good way, to what a home-town funeral home was.
I cannot say enough about the outstanding service Sonya Hamilton provided. She went above and beyond in every possible wayfar beyond what most funeral directors would do. Through this very difficult time, she was incredibly thorough, explained each step of the process with care, and made sure I felt supported every step of the way. Sonya even gave me her personal phone number in case I needed anything, which brought me so much comfort. Her compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail made everything feel extra special and handled with genuine respect. I am truly grateful for all she did. I highly recommend Sonya Hamilton for anyone needing thoughtful, exceptional service.

Great service and rapport with funeral director and other personnel.
I needed a last-minute change of venue for my husbands funeral, and the people at Baggerly were so accommodating and very tender towards our needs. The room was big and exactly what we needed along with the open foyer to put his memorabilia. I would highly recommend if youre ever in need of a caring facility, they are great to work with.

Marcus and staff are very compassionate and caring.
I had not actually met anyone from here, they took care of my mother but they also reached out to me to check on me. The sincerity in the text was great and definitely helped my day in this time of need. I would recommend for your needs.
Crawfords has now taken care of 3 of our family members final care. I believe all 3 prepaid for their cremation services. There was no push or play on emotions. Everyone was kind, timely and helpful with anything we had questions with. I would recommend the Crawford team for anyone pre-planning or currently experiencing a loss.
