We could not be happier with the service we were offered at Shook Funeral Home. I should hope that other funeral homes are as wonderful as this place is but if I were you, I would not take the chance. My father passed away mid December 2025. He had been dealing with two types of cancer for about 2.5 years. He lost so much more weight in his last month of life that he looked like a skeleton. My mom and sister were hesitant to have a viewing because they did not know think the funeral home would be able to make him look like himself. Since I was not sure if I would want to see him one more time, Tom gently encouraged us to get him embalmed. And Im very glad we did. They made my father look amazing!
