The loss of my beloved mother was the worst experience I've ever gone through. I can't put into words how truly cared for Brittany and the whole staff made me feel. I've never had to plan a funeral before. Her level of professionalism and very specifically the lack of pressure that I felt through the whole process was incredibly comforting. I was a part of everything, I made every decision, but the details that happened behind the scenes that I thought I forgot about and were just taken care of gave me a peace that I just can't explain. When you have to go through this terrible time I could not recommend them more.

The staff is absolutely amazing. I was completely lost with the process of planning a funeral- especially out of state. Alicia walked me thru everything and was right there to answer any questions I had. I could not have asked for a better experience from the worst situation in my life. HIGHLY recommend Glendale funeral home even if it is just to answer questions!

My Mom and I sat down with Brittany and pre planned funeral arrangements for my Dad and Mom. Brittany was wonderful. Listened to what my mom wanted for both of them. Brittany went through the entire process with patience and kindness. Unbeknownst to my Mom and I we would need Glenville Funeral Homes services sooner than any of us had expected. My Dad passed away this past December. Brittany was so compassionate. We met with her to finalize all the plans. Brittany again listen to us and guided us through the days coming up to the funeral. She even found the one song that my Mom wanted played. Brittany took care of everything, smoothly with no issues. The kindness and compassion we as a family received from everyone at The Glenville Funeral Home was unparalleled. I highly recommend Brittany and associates.
