There are no words to express my familys gratitude for Towers. When we had my fathers sudden passing we had no idea where to even start. We reached out to Towers and they were the most compassionate, patient and helpful as can be. We had to transport him from FL to NY and they made the entire process so seamless. They were very communicative during the entire process from our first call to the end of his burial. They took care of the transport, viewing, mass, cemetery plot and burial. They did absolutely everything as we were clueless on what to do. We interacted with Mary, Amy, Taylor and Gabby. Taylor was supper attentive and answered all my calls and emails in such a timely manner. Gabby was our amazing director and she was outstanding! Our family and friends commented on how great everything was from beginning to end and how they could see my mother, siblings and I were all very well taken care off throughout. Despite the unfortunate event, they helped ease the burden for us.
