Everything from start to finish was excellent and they are affordable. I primarily spoke with Karen during the majority of the process and she was always very helpful and knowledgeable. I didn't feel pressured into anything and she was very thorough when explaining the process. She made me feel very comfortable that everything was being handled with care. Karen made sure that if she wasn't available someone was there to assist me with the process and she responded to emails so quickly. Olivia helped me when I picked up my father's ashes. She was very friendly and made sure to answer any questions I had. I'm very happy with how everything was handled and will definitely be recommending this facility to anyone I come across that may need their services.
