I cant recommend this establishment enough! We recently had my grandmothers services here and the team made it so easy. Nick and Joe helped with planning, while Vinnie and Mike were there day of to ensure things ran smooth. All questioned were answered kindly and swiftly. They made my family feel assured and calm during a very hard day. The service was beautiful and the place was clean. I would highly recommend!

Staff, environment, service, and comfort were exceptional. Glad we chose this funeral home during this difficult time. They sure go above and beyond to make things easy and stress free as possible.

The staff at McCracken funeral home did a fantastic job of helping us navigate this difficult time for our family. Jennifer, was absolutely wonderful, she completely walked us through the whole process and made us feel totally at ease with the choices that we had to make. It was as if she took our hands, held them tightly and made us feel comfortable in knowing that everything was going to be taken care of. We were so impressed by the attention to detail, from our moms make up/ hair, to the Priest and her ability to be right on top of all the specific needs that made things so much easier for us. This is a sad time for my family and I but Jennifer and the McCracken Staff made it the most comfortable that it could be. She, was there from beginning to end weather it was a call , text or an email Jennifer made sure that we were taken care of, and we can't thank her and the staff enough.

Galante provided a lovely, peaceful funeral for my loved one. Dana was totally professional, competent, respectful and caring throughout, leading us through the difficult process with grace and respect. The only caveat I must mention is that though Dana consulted with her superior in our presence about the costs of the services we requested, and he signed the contract in our presence, we were notified just prior to our first viewing the following day that additional money was required. This placed us in a terrible, indelicate position at a very emotional moment. Who would question additional fees at such a time? Seemed a bit like extortion to me. All in all, Id highly recommend Galante (Ask for Dana), but insist they honor their original price and contract.

During a most difficult time in my families lives, the staff were kind, patient and understanding. Every detail was carried out exactly as per our wishes and with ease. We are grateful for their kindness and professionalism during our time of mourning.
