Recently, I lost a brother and he was taken to Las Rosas Bannworth Funeral Home. This was the first time I ever had to arrange a funeral for anyone and I have to say the arrangement part of this was quite pleasant. My brother wanted to be cremated and was buried by our parents in Trenton. The arrangement was with Esteban Montufar, Jr. Esteban is just in creditable. He handled everything, the cremation, arranging with the cemetery, transporting him to Trenton, the papers that needed to complete. Estaban was fantastic to work with. He communicates very well and as things needed to be done. He helped me understand and walked me through each step from start to finish. He is very pleasant, patient and understanding of both you and the deceased. I would highly recommend Las Rosas Bannworth to anyone. It's a difficult thing to have to do but Esteban and the Las Rosas Bannworth staff will make it as comfortable as possible. You will be glad you choose Las Rosas Bannwoth. If I wish I could give

I recently lost my spouse and we picked this funeral home and very glad we did. The space itself is very nice and the people managing the place are very kind and professional. I'm not good at these reviews but wanted to make sure I left a positive note and recommend them highly.

Esteban and Robert were very understanding in this difficult time. We did private cremation services, they tried their best to accommodate our necessities. Prices are good and reasonable. Location is in the center of Elizabeth NJ, parking lot available at the back of the building.

My dear brother past away we had the recent funeral on Thursday February 19, 2026. Nesbitt Funeral services did an excellent job from start to finish. We worked with Kimberly( director) she was very supportive, detail oriented, loving, and the entire family was very pleased with her and the whole staff. My entire family would like to sincerely Thank the Nesbitt funeral services from the bottom of our hearts!!! We will be using the again and we are proud that the business has been representing our city Elizabeth NJ and the entire state as well!! Awesome job during a difficult time!!

Kim Nesbitt and her team took care of my mom. She looked beautiful, almost as if she was sleeping. They didn't put too much makeup on her. Everything was perfect. The Rice Family is very pleased. Thank you!

In the most difficult moment of my life after the unexpected loss of my father, I cannot thank Victoria, Emilio and Valentina enough for their professional services. From the moment Victoria picked up my phone call she was so compassionate and understanding which helped ease my families pain. She sat there with my mom at the end of the viewing and offered words of compassion and never rushed us out even though our time had elapsed 30 minutes ago. Emilio was also great and did a wonderful job preserving my fathers image and identity and accompanied us until the very end with great compassion. Valentina was so helpful with any request we had with my dads obituary and his cards, and even helped us reformat our pictures when they wouldnt load on the day of the viewing. Our family recently experienced the peaceful passing of my wifes grandmother on October 15th, 2025, and we are deeply grateful to the entire team at Schmidt for their kindness, compassion, and professionalism during such a difficult time. From the very beginning, Jimmy was incredibly polite, patient, and understanding  truly a terrific individual who went above and beyond to make sure every detail was handled with care and respect. Paul was also so lovely and comforting, offering warmth and guidance that helped our family feel supported every step of the way. If I could give more stars I would have. The professionalism and compassion they displayed was impeccable. My emotions was all over the place which didnt make me an easy client. Marie is a very professional, sensible and caring person. She was very helpful in the process of sending my brother in laws remains to Mexico city. Petruccelli Funeral Home was a blessing for my husband and me. It was a long and complicated situation because my brother in law died from covid complicatios but Marie was always patient and very helpful.
