Staff, environment, service, and comfort were exceptional. Glad we chose this funeral home during this difficult time. They sure go above and beyond to make things easy and stress free as possible.

The staff at McCracken funeral home did a fantastic job of helping us navigate this difficult time for our family. Jennifer, was absolutely wonderful, she completely walked us through the whole process and made us feel totally at ease with the choices that we had to make. It was as if she took our hands, held them tightly and made us feel comfortable in knowing that everything was going to be taken care of. We were so impressed by the attention to detail, from our moms make up/ hair, to the Priest and her ability to be right on top of all the specific needs that made things so much easier for us. This is a sad time for my family and I but Jennifer and the McCracken Staff made it the most comfortable that it could be. She, was there from beginning to end weather it was a call , text or an email Jennifer made sure that we were taken care of, and we can't thank her and the staff enough.
