I have used the First Cremation Society for both my husband and myself as well as for family to take care of pre-need end of life services. I have worked with both Melanie and Ryan, and they are both truly top notch. They are professional, compassionate and understanding of special needs and circumstances. They are also affordable, and make sure they work within your budget. I highly recommend them!

Melanie, And all the rest of crew are top notch. Very accommodating, professional, compassionate. I deal with a funeral in the recent past that was more concerned with payment in full over everything. Not at all that way at first cremation services. I recommend them wholeheartedly. I rate them 300%

Lancaster provided invaluable assistance during a difficult time after my father's passing. They guided my sister and me through the process, helping us choose a date convenient for the family. They expertly managed the funeral services, accommodating all our requests. Staff members were present to welcome guests and offer assistance. They handled the death certificate, cremation arrangements, and the creation of the obituary, funeral program, slideshow, and music selections using the materials we provided. We were able to have our father's urn engraved with his signature. Melanie was exceptionally kind and answered all our questions with clarity and confidence. While nothing can truly ease the pain of losing a loved one, their support made the funeral arrangements significantly less burdensome.
