Everyone was absolutely amazing in light of our family loss. They were empathetic, sympathetic and patient with all requests. I would highly recommend Raymer-Kepner Funeral Home to everyone who needs care for a passed loved one!
Exceeded my expectations!
We worked with Erin for the arrangements of my mothers cremation. My sister and I were sad and gloomy upon arriving. As we left we felt confident and happy that we made the right decision. Erin was extremely patient while we made phone calls and chose an urn. We did not feel rushed and throughout the whole entire process Erin texted us updates and gave us options for pick-up times and document options. I dont know how my grief process would be if it was someone. May God bless this funeral home.
