Care and service are second to none. Great attention to detail in setting up the room. Staff were very professional, courteous, and caring from planning all the way through to interment.
We lost our teenage son and had no idea about funeral homes in the area. A neighbor recommended Baue. It was the most incredible experience. Allison guided us through the darkest days of our lives. I would give 10 stars if I could. She went above and beyond.
Yesterday was my mother Fay's funeral. She was almost 84. She was nearly bald and had been ravaged by acute kidney failure and dementia. When my dad died 10 years prior, she made me promise that I would make her look beautiful for my dad whenever she saw him again. I wasn't sure what Baue could do for her. My son and I made all the arrangements with funeral director Alison Brettnacher. I explained exactly what I wanted. When my mother went on hospice, I had bought a wig, press on nails, jewelry, and I had a specific color palette in mind for her makeup including bright red lipstick because that's what she always wore. Alison took notes. I wanted to see my mother looking her absolute best for my dad. Baue worked meticulously with me the day before my mother's funeral making sure my mom's hair and makeup were exact. I even drew her lip outline on paper and submitted it to them. They absolutely nailed it. The day of her funeral was flawless. My broken 84-year-old mother looked alive. S
