I received excellent information and guidance throughout this whole procedure. It is not something an individual goes through on a daily basis so I was lucky enough to have a person that cared to deal with. Marcia was my helper and more than just a consultant. she was a dear person. Shes very informed very detailed, professional and kind. I enjoyed the whole experience with her. Well, you dont stay in business for over 100 years and not have something good going for you.

The staff was very professional and the ceremony was handled with complete dignity. Could not have asked for more in a very difficult time

My interaction with Skinner Funeral home was very easy. Every phone call was easy and calls returned quickly. Honestly the whole process was easy through this difficult time. Nate explained everything in detail.

My mother passed away VERY unexpectedly. We literally had nothing planned. I reached out to a few different funeral homes in the area. And was greeted with unpleasant responses. I almost felt like I was bothering them. UNTIL I connected with Nate Skinner. Mr. Skinner has been amazing since that first call. Hes very kind and professional. Mandy Tefft pre-arranged my funeral, just after losing parents and brother in such a short time. The costs go up and never go down each year. I want to express my heartfelt thanks and deep gratitude to Steve and the entire team at Estes-Leadley. I suddenly lost my grandfather last August and, at 28, with very little experience navigating death and grief, I found myself needing to plan a funeral with no preparations in place. My grandparents had nothing pre-arranged, so everything had to be done from scratch, while in the midst of shock and extreme heartbreak. Thank you, Steve, for walking with us through the haze. For your compassion, your steady presence, and your gentle guidance during one of the most surreal and painful times of our lives. You never made us feel like we were just another transaction. Instead, you treated us with kindness and care, as REAL people mourning someone we loved deeply. Our family will never forget it.

Estes made a very sad situation easier by handling every detail of my fathers service. Paul was incredibly professional, navigating multiple requests which he handled expertly, providing helpful suggestions along the way. The day of services was seamless, highly recommend.

It should be obvious that a compassionate, professional staff, proud of their role and responsibilities, MAKES a company. The management (owners) of Chapel Hill should never forget this business concept. Denise Andrews reflects this very premise and Chapel Hill is fortunate to have her as their representative. Over coming the disadvantage of the distance between Florida and Michigan, Denise was able to handle the burial activities associated with the death of my older brother. She even put us on the correct path for getting a veterans marker through the VA. In addition, Denise was successful in securing all the future arrangements for the eventual interment of my wife and myself in Chapel Hill. Numerous calls were made, text exchanged, and promises fulfilled. We went to solve a family mystery and find the burial plots bought 70 years ago and to see if any of them had been used. Trevor was exceptionally helpful in both locating the plots (currently unused) and providing as much information as he could about any contact information left, as well as how to go about actually being able to use the plots in the future. The cemetary itself was well maintained, grass cut and trees trimmed. The mausoleum where some relatives are resting was also very well maintained.

Big shout out to Drew and his staff for the superb customer service, and communication. All of that really matters when you deal with a loss of your beloved pet.

I recommend this business over any vet service. Ive never had a better experience for putting down one of my beloved dogs. Thank you Dr. Lisa Hassinger for making such an important house call. Your awesome personality made it so much less painful. This was so much better than having to take my baby to a medical environment and then leaving them there. She also took my baby (after he had passed) herself to the place for his aquamation. Which Im so grateful for, I did not have to move my babys limo body at all. Dr Lisa is a very sensitive person when it comes to helping loved ones cross over. But she can read a room so good that her services go way above and beyond. Not only did she cater to the loving care of my baby boy, but she catered to me as well. Im the type of person that needs to laugh and make jokes to deal with trauma. We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Natures Way. This was our first time using Natures Way/Aquamation. Drew was so incredibly kind and sympathetic. As hard as it is to think about, especially considering how fresh the loss of my sweet Cavalier King Charles is, when my other babies pass we will only be using Natures Way for their remains. Thank you Drew and Natures Way for making such sad circumstances as peaceful and warm as possible.

They did a wonderful job on my step father and was very professional and when my mother passed 6 months later mr.rileys staff came to get my mother and they handled her with respect and they also let us have a little more time with her and when we cremated her we got her back right away and I'll recommend mr.riley and his staff and business to anyone .
