Big shout out to Drew and his staff for the superb customer service, and communication. All of that really matters when you deal with a loss of your beloved pet.

I recommend this business over any vet service. Ive never had a better experience for putting down one of my beloved dogs. Thank you Dr. Lisa Hassinger for making such an important house call. Your awesome personality made it so much less painful. This was so much better than having to take my baby to a medical environment and then leaving them there. She also took my baby (after he had passed) herself to the place for his aquamation. Which Im so grateful for, I did not have to move my babys limo body at all. Dr Lisa is a very sensitive person when it comes to helping loved ones cross over. But she can read a room so good that her services go way above and beyond. Not only did she cater to the loving care of my baby boy, but she catered to me as well. Im the type of person that needs to laugh and make jokes to deal with trauma. We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Natures Way. This was our first time using Natures Way/Aquamation. Drew was so incredibly kind and sympathetic. As hard as it is to think about, especially considering how fresh the loss of my sweet Cavalier King Charles is, when my other babies pass we will only be using Natures Way for their remains.
