It should be obvious that a compassionate, professional staff, proud of their role and responsibilities, MAKES a company. The management (owners) of Chapel Hill should never forget this business concept. Denise Andrews reflects this very premise and Chapel Hill is fortunate to have her as their representative. Over coming the disadvantage of the distance between Florida and Michigan, Denise was able to handle the burial activities associated with the death of my older brother. She even put us on the correct path for getting a veterans marker through the VA. In addition, Denise was successful in securing all the future arrangements for the eventual interment of my wife and myself in Chapel Hill. Numerous calls were made, text exchanged, and promises fulfilled. Denise should be saluted on a job well done and management should be reminded, it is the people like Denise who make the organization successful and respected. David Verhougstraete

She went over and above to accommodate inquiries for holiday wreath orders and placement at Chapel Hill. Much kindness and compassion occurred to assist in making this happen. We went to solve a family mystery and find the burial plots bought 70 years ago and to see if any of them had been used. Trevor was exceptionally helpful in both locating the plots (currently unused) and providing as much information as he could about any contact information left, as well as how to go about actually being able to use the plots in the future. The cemetary itself was well maintained, grass cut and trees trimmed. The mausoleum where some relatives are resting was also very well maintained.
