They were wonderful to my dad and the rest of the family when my mom passed away. Everyone we dealt with could not have been kinder. Even though my moms death happened over the holidays they made sure everything was done in a timely manner. They were wonderful to work with.

Our family used Michigan Cremation for my mother when she passed and when my father passed recently there was no doubt we were going to use them again. The entire staff is so gentle and caring. They made the whole experience the best it could have been under the circumstances. I genuinely felt cared for throughout the process.

I could not have had a better experience with Stroo. My Father passed away a couple of weeks ago in Traverse City. Mike Voss responded immediately and had his team in Traverse City within a few hours. They were incredibly kind, knowledgeable and empathetic. Mike took the time to explain all of our options and made the process as smooth as possible. I am incredibly impressed with the level of service and professionalism of the entire Stroo team! They were an amazing bright spot during a very difficult time for our family!

I had a very difficult end of life experience with my mother passing away from Alzheimer's. She was bedridden for over a year with a broken hip under home hospice. Our family underwent so much trauma seeing her decline. The night she passed, Heritage Funeral Home took care of every detail. Very special thanks to Rob Bergman of Heritage. He went above and beyond directing mom's funeral and really took great care and time understanding our needs. It is so very rare to experience such sincere service and professionalism. I recently found myself amid one of life's most challenging moments, saying goodbye to my beloved mother. Zaagman's Funeral Home provided an oasis of calm and caring in this emotional storm. From start to finish, the entire staff went above and beyond, but it was the funeral director, Scott, who truly shone through with his exceptional service. Scott was a beacon of support, his professionalism intertwined with genuine kindness. Despite the numerous questions and requests I had, potentially enough to drive anyone to distraction, he addressed each one with unwavering patience and attention. Not once did I feel like an imposition; instead, I always felt my needs and concerns were top priority. But what moved me the most was seeing my mother. Carey with Simple Traditions was fantastic to work with. She had excellent communication and kept us up to date and informed every step of the way. She was so kind and compassionate and went the extra step to ensure all of our wishes were met when handling the death and cremation of my father. I process was quick, smooth, and handled with so much compassion and grace. It made what could have been an even harder process a lot easier.

The Neptune Society were very sympathetic, caring and efficient. They provided our fathers cremation. Everything was taken care of even sooner than what they promised. I would recommend the Neptune Society to anyone thinking about cremation.

I was referred by Heartland Hospice and my brother passed the same day. Neptune responded promptly and came for him that same night. His ashes were beautifully presented and they even followed up for grief support. The price was reasonable and overall less than a traditional funeral home. My brother wanted no service, so the basic cremation was an ideal option for us. I hughly recommend Neptune for their compassion and attentiveness to each families needs.
