I recently found myself amid one of life's most challenging moments, saying goodbye to my beloved mother. Zaagman's Funeral Home provided an oasis of calm and caring in this emotional storm. From start to finish, the entire staff went above and beyond, but it was the funeral director, Scott, who truly shone through with his exceptional service. Scott was a beacon of support, his professionalism intertwined with genuine kindness. Despite the numerous questions and requests I had, potentially enough to drive anyone to distraction, he addressed each one with unwavering patience and attention. Not once did I feel like an imposition; instead, I always felt my needs and concerns were top priority. But what moved me the most was seeing my mother.
