Steen Funeral Home did a phenomenal job managing the arrangements for our mother's services. They listened to what we wanted and made every part a reality. They were caring and compassionate during this difficult time, and ensured that all our needs were met. I would highly recommend Brian Binion and the team at Steen Funeral Home!
Steen Funeral Home was wonderful. They were so helpful and compassionate and professional with helping my family when my parents passed away six months apart this year. They made everything so peaceful and seamless from the beginning to the end. Both of the funerals were beautiful and the business end was very stress free. I highly recommend them.
Pat and the entire staff were supportive sensitive and very accommodating during the recent death of my father. Everything had already been prepaid for my father, which made things a lot easier. They were wonderful making sure that everything was exactly the way we wanted it. I would highly recommend Steens funeral home for Services when needed.

Jimmy took such great care of our family the last few weeks. He showed grace and a true calling of God for what he does in difficult times to simply just be more than helpful . Our family will now use Millers Funeral Home only! On behalf of my mother, brother and sister thank you for what has been a not so easy experience with funeral homes in the past, to easing the pain of losing our dad/husband/ grandfather/great grandfather, son, Uncle and friend to many, Kenneth Fannin. God Bless Jimmy and his family!
Steven went over and above helping me and my sister's with my mother's service. We are out of state and he helped so much.

Rusty Jordan did a phenomenal job with my family. He is professional in every way and made this difficult time so easy. Highly recommend!
I cant thank Steen Funeral Homes enough for what they have done for myself and my husbands family! My family have used them over the past 20 years, and sadly since 2022 we have had a quick succession of losses they have had to attend for both of us as well. Always amazingly compassionate, highly respectful and accommodating to our wishes for the deceased. During the process of grieving and after, they have checked in with our families even after using their services. Mike Moore, Brian Binion, Evan Rice and staff are exceptional at their job, and I am grateful to have a staff like them to help us in our times of need. We truly cannot thank them enough for their compassion and kindness! Thank you for serving our families! 9
I could not be more pleased on how much above and beyond Mike did for my family. The professionalism and care was the best I have ever experienced. I cannot thank them enough for a stellar job on my mother's funeral.

My fiances parents marker was knocked over in December. We have been trying to get it taken care of since February but were unsuccessful. We went to rose hill in person yesterday and spoke to a gentleman who relayed everything to Debbie, and it was fixed yesterday. She was very helpful and apologized for it taking so long, as she didn't know about it until yesterday. I also expressed concern about the grass on my grandparents grave because it was quite high. It was also taken care of when we went to visit today. I believe they have been short on staff but Debbie made sure it was taken care of and I truly believe she is doing her best to make sure things are taken care of.
Aye, where to begin? First, on December 13, 2023 a funeral took place and the folks who did the burial knocked over my parents headstone. Here it is, April 30, 2024 and guess what is still laying on the ground. After several attempts through on site visits and phone calls, (also to Rose Hill) it is still being neglected. So, after admitting that they are the ones responsible for getting it taken care of and not doing it, I see no other choice than to take legal action.

Prestons funeral home took excellent care of my sister last year. Plan on them taking care of my mom, and myself when the time comes.
My mother-in-law, Janet Lavender was there a few years ago and I have been around several funeral homes and have never seen a funeral home go to the extent that Jeff and his staff did to make sure that the family was taken care of in the best possible way. Thank you Jeff Preston. You are the best.

In the past, we have had trouble getting them to honor their promises. Now, it is much better. It seems one lady replaced three and she is much easier to work with, does what she says she will do plus more.
My grandmother passed last year. She paid for her place in the mausoleum back in 2001 when her sister passed. Our experience was hassle free and name plates and vase were added in a timely manner. Overall, I was happy with the ease of the process as this was my first experience being responsible for something like this. My only complaint is how often the mausoleum is being cleaned and to what extent. I go in and tidy up the room my grandmother is in but it would be nice to see it swept, mopped, and dusted up a bit more frequently.
I came by recently to visit a loved one and the park looks absolutely beautiful. Emily was so kind helping to me find the grave.
