Justin Woosley was exactly the person my family needed when our father passed away. We are grateful to everyone at Oldham, Roberts & Powell, but Justin was our key contact. His responsiveness and knowledge supported us in processing a very difficult time and turned what could have been an overwhelming experience into a comfortable and truly gratifying one. My fathers services went beautifully because of the professionalism, expertise, and preparation of the excellent staff of Oldham, Roberts & Powell.
In the most difficult time of my life, Oldham, Roberts & Powell provided truly exceptional service from start to finish. From the moment I connected with them, every detail was handled with care, compassion, and professionalism. Jennifer was my primary point of contact, and she went above and beyond to make the process as seamless and supportive as possible. Her communication, empathy, and attention to detail made all the difference during an incredibly emotional time. Justin did an extraordinary job preparing my mom his work reflected not only skill, but deep respect. It gave me peace knowing she was cared for with such dignity. From the planning stages to the service itself, and even with a long transport to her final resting place, everything was handled flawlessly. The team ensured that nothing was missed and made it possible for us to lay my mom to rest with the honor and grace she deserved. They were wonderful. Our loved one died in Florida and had to be transferred to Richmond. This funeral home worked with us in a very difficult time. The weather did not cooperate but Chad and Shannon did. We had a small service in the beautiful funeral home. And then moved on to the cemetary. They took their time with us. Chad was with us all the way. Thank you so much for caring for our beautiful sister and putting her to rest. Much respect, Joe and Sherry
My brother and his wife both used this funeral home and their family members were well pleased.
Chad went above and beyond what he had to, to comfort my 10 year old daughter who was devastated by the loss of her grandpa.. He made sure she took a break and talked to her to make her smile.. I will forever be grateful for him!! Such a beautiful place!

I came home late one night to find my cat in extreme pain with a urinary blockage. The ladies here were so gentle and kind with our humane decision. A couple weeks later we received a sympathy card in the mail signed by the entire staff. Absolutely incredible act of kindness in the face of a tough decision.
My husband had to unexpectedly put our cat down a few nights ago. We live over an hour away so I had to call and inquire about getting care for our boy. The receptionist was extremely helpful and sweet and talked to me about help with financial concerns and of my course care concerns. When my husband took our cat to be seen they were extremely quick and precise with giving our cat the care he needed. Unfortunately our cat had to be unexpectedly put down, but the staff and veterinarian was extremely helpful, kind, and just overall provided excellent care. They even sent my husband home with viles of his fur and paw and nose prints for us. That was extremely kind of them and we are very appreciative of the kindness we were treated with. The pricing was even very reasonable. I highly recommend this veterinary practice. To any of the staff that was working Friday night/ early Saturday morning 2/13-2/14 , thank you so much for the care you gave our boy d
Thank you all for taking care of my Ozzy. We werent able to save him but the care you gave to him and us will never be forgotten. I appreciate everything the vet and crew did for him. He was my kid, losing one is so very hard, but I couldnt have picked a better place to bring him to when he needed a vet most. Thank you. -Samantha Wynn

I found Richmond Cremation to be extremely helpful, sensitive to my situation, and professional. Also, they did not try to sell me more services than I wanted, which I very much appreciated. The cost was very reasonable, too.
