Hardy & Sons exceeded our expectations. My brother and I planned our mothers service from the other side of the country. Billy kept in consistent contact and also made sure to keep both of us in the know for every detail. The funeral home is gorgeous, warm, and very clean. They displayed the flowers sent to us in the perfect spots. They also staged an urn for her that we ended up buying because it felt like it was made for her. Were so grateful to Hardy & Sons for taking such good care of us throughout one of the worst times in our life. Thank you so so much!

They handled my dad with such great care, they were very attentive to the small details and wonderful with me during the most emotional time of my life after loosing my dad. They have handled four generations of our family for this very reason, and we will continue to always use Hardy and Son when needed. I am using my husband's account, but still want to leave a review. Everyone at J.V.P. is so kind, considerate, and courteous when helping prepare and finalize funeral planning. They made a much dreaded and painful process easier, just by the way they treated us as a family. Their respect and thoughtfulness for the deceased is also apparent, and much appreciated. I truly do not have enough words to communicate my overall appreciation and gratitude for this funeral home, and their people who helped us through the first days of my grandmother's passing. They are also straightforward and honest, and that can be so rare these days.

My Mom had pre-arranged her funeral services about 5 years before she passed with JVP. Each step of the way, Christy and Chris went above and beyond to make sure every detail was exactly like my Mom had planned. They picked up Moms body in a timely manner, helped us navigate a visitation and out-of-town graveside service flawlessly. They were available and answered all our concerns and questions. Please consider their services if your family is need.

Most helpful with both my mothers and my husbands funerals. David Bevil listened to what we wanted and everything was done perfectly and professionally. Everyone I came in contact with there was kind and helpful.

4.5 stars Fully acceptable service at Kirby on Lovers Lane. Staff is usually very compassionate and helpful during a family's time of need. They will obviously show you the "Cadillac" package and options as you plan for your loved ones final arrangements, when as humans you tend to make emotional decisions, ... when you may have a "Kia" budget, but that is the nature of the funeral business. Chapel area is top notch and can accommodate large funerals, of course they will host at your church of choice. Limos are late model and look nice. They do a good job with your loved ones' final presentation.

J C Kirby & Son funeral Chapel has been there for several of my family that has passed away . Just recently was my father who passed away July 15th 2021 . They worked with me almost on a daily basis , they are very professional and very supportive in our choices. Jessica is who I worked with and I will always have a place in my heart for her . I reccomend this beautiful funeral home. The staff is friendly, owned by those who served our country. My father passed recently, they were there and courteous even patient with me and my family. They treated us with the southern hospitality this state prides themselves having. This Funeral Home took care of my father start to finish walking us through the process. I love their staff and will never choose anyone differently. They respect other cultures that catered to our family's practices. It means alot to me to have a veteran owned Funeral Home.
