They were wonderful. Our loved one died in Florida and had to be transferred to Richmond. This funeral home worked with us in a very difficult time. The weather did not cooperate but Chad and Shannon did. We had a small service in the beautiful funeral home. And then moved on to the cemetary. They took their time with us. Chad was with us all the way. Thank you so much for caring for our beautiful sister and putting her to rest. Much respect, Joe and Sherry

My brother and his wife both used this funeral home and their family members were well pleased.

Chad went above and beyond what he had to, to comfort my 10 year old daughter who was devastated by the loss of her grandpa.. He made sure she took a break and talked to her to make her smile.. I will forever be grateful for him!! Such a beautiful place!
