After many beautiful years, it finally came time to utilize Friedrichs for the funeral arrangements of my grandfather. There was never any question as to who we would use, and there was certainly no regrets. This is truly a family run funeral home - not a branch of a big corporation. Joe and Jack took care of every detail of the visitation, funeral, procession, and committal- creating a beautiful day that surpassed anything we could have possibly imagined. Multiple guests commented on how "Friedrichs knocked it out of the park"- just so impressed with how well everything from the body presentation to the logistics was handled. They turned this day of dread into a true Celebration of Life. We cannot recommend this family's services enough if you are seeking a funeral home in the Mount Prospect region.

I live in Mount Prospect, I have been to many wakes, memorials, and funerals at Friedrichs. Recently we had to actually host our own family memorial service. Its a very stressful and sad time. The team at Friedrichs took care of our every need with great care, which really helped with the grieving process. Knowing we were in good hands left us to mourn with family and friends while all details were taken care of. We could not have been more pleased with everything. We know when needed Friedrichs will be there for us, right in our town. Thank you Friedrichs!

With the passing on our brother we were at loose ends. He didnt have the spirit to do any pre-funeral arrangement. My cousin recommended Colette and CCOI. We, surviving sisters were treated with kindness, respect and great compassion and communication. I would recommend CCOI and plan on using them in the future.

Very understanding and accommodating

My Mother passed away a year ago. I couldnt believe when I received a message from Cremation Society of IL telling me they were thinking about our family at this time. I was numb going into their doors a year ago and probably didnt even realize how easy they made things for me but over time as I spoke to others about their experiences with other cremation agencies I knew I had found someone special. Not once did I feel pressure during the process. They handled everything for us. Then followed up by sending positive messages of support. Truly a unique organization.
