My mom chose Delgado based on the funerals she attended for relatives of close friends. Their experiences made mom not hesitate when choosing a funeral home to take care of my father's cremation services. They did not disappoint. Highly recommended.

Our family was so very lucky to have Jim help us. One of the most difficult times you could ever imagine , but Jim was wonderful. If you are reading this and wondering if you should call, well, you should call. He felt horrible about a Death Certificate coming from a southern county, not making it there in an efficient manner. Not his fault at all , but he was so worried. Definite an advocate for my dad. Thank you guys so very much for everything!
Excellent service
Jim Farkas provided exceptional and compassionate care during the most difficult week of our lives. Our family was so grateful for the professional and flawless service this funeral home provided. We highly recommend them to everyone.

We worked with Fred C. Dames Funeral Home twicefirst in 2021 when my father-in-law passed away during COVID, and again last month when my mother-in-law passed. Both experiences were truly exceptional, and we are deeply grateful for the care, professionalism, and compassion they showed our family. The staff paid close attention to every detail and confirmed everything with us multiple times to ensure our wishes were fully respected. They went above and beyond to accommodate all of our requests. The floral arrangements were absolutely beautifulexactly like the photos in their catalog, if not even more stunning in person. We also used their large screen to display photos and memories from my mother-in-laws life. This allowed everyone who attended to better understand and celebrate her story, and it meant a lot to us. I want to especially recognize Allison. She is incredibly gentle, caring, and kind. Throughout the entire process, we could feel her genuine compassion. After the crema
I want to start this review by saying it feels weird to leave a review about a funeral home. But throughout the entire process I remember thinking, these people have found their calling. I needed to make arrangements for my brother & I was devastated with grief. He died very unexpectedly & I was really really struggling. Even from the moment I called just to ask questions, Marlena was so unbelievably kind & compassionate. Every single step of the way she held my hand in making decisions & when I couldnt think clearly she gave amazing suggestions. While Marlena was my primary contact, every single person I dealt with was wonderful. I couldnt have chose a better place for my brothers service. I truly thank them. Rachael-
This place is the best! We have used them for 2 family members, however, most recently my son. Marlena took care of everything!! She's wonderful!! I never leave reviews but I wanted to specifically thank her!!

When my Dad passed, I had NO CLUE what to do. He also wanted to be buried at Lincoln. He earned that privilege! Kathy Giegerich helped me through the entire process with the utmost compassion. It made things a lot easier in that devastating time. We were on a budget and she also helped us through that. My Mom was not emotionally able to deal with what was happening at that time. It was a comforting experience. Then Mom was gone. Again I was treated with the utmost respect and compassion. She worked with me on a budget as well, making me feel like I did a tribute to my Moms Celebration of Life as respectfully beautiful! I am and always will be eternally grateful& I recommend her highly!
Blackburn-Giegerich-Sonntag Funeral Home is the only place I would trust with my loved ones' final care. They are compassionate, patient and caring. Their facility is also beautiful and large enough to handle any amount of friends or family that might attend a service or visitation. I especially appreciate the large gathering room that they have recently added, it gives a family comfortable accommodations for rest periods during a stressful time. When my father passed away, we were uncertain about plans, and changed our thoughts frequently, they were so understanding and flexible, it made a very difficult time a bit easier on all of us.
Blackburn-Giegerich-Sonntag Funeral Home, showed compassion, genuine care for our family, Kathy made the process painless during such a painful time in my life. The facility was beautiful, clean plenty of room in the lounge to gather my thoughts during this difficult time. The memorial video was done professionally also. I would highly recommend this funeral home.

Obviously, being left to decide the after-life procedures for a loved one is never an ideal situation to find yourself in, & while it will likely never be an enjoyable experience, its an inevitable one. That being said, when faced with those difficult decisions, i would choose Tezaks every time. From start to finish, their warmth & professionalism assures you youve made the right choice. They care, & it shows. Thank you, Tezaks for lessoning the heaviness of grief, & for the peace of mind youve provided for my family as well as countless others throughout the years. Your hospitality remains unmatched.
They did a great job with both my father in law and mother in law.
The most generous and helpful staff. I would personally like to thank Ruben and Katherine for all of their care and support throughout our planning and service. They are very genuine. Our daughters service was beautifully decorated. I could not recommend this place enough. Thank you again.
