Very professional.

Young Funeral Home and Cremation Service is a great addition to the city of Rockford. Their affordable prices and quality program service selections are great. Grief is already difficult, but Young Funeral and Cremation Services helped my family make the hard decisions and lessened the burden of saying goodbye to our loved one. I highly recommend them.

We have used JPW for decades now. First my grandfather in '98, then my dad in '04, my uncle in '14 and in May of this year my grandmother joined my grandfather. They have always provided excellent services. Beautiful arrangements for both men and women. Kind and caring atmosphere.and Jim even came to my grandmother's service after retirement.

Collins & Stone Funeral Home did a wonderful job sending my Dad off in the way he would have wanted. Professional, courteous and affordable.

My Father passed away and wanted to be cremated. Our family not being from this area I started making calls. Christenson funeral was my first call as far as getting quotes and I called about 5 after. I stopped and resulted back to Christenson. Nathan was very attentive and caring he was very detailed as this being our first with cremating a family member. This was the most peaceful death that we have had in our family and it was due to Nathan just taking care of everything. I spoke about my Dad and Nathan just took it from there. Nathan did an awesome job to make sure my family and I was able to grieve with no worries. Nathan was wonderful and my family and I thank him truly. This is definitely the place to go if you really are looking for a place to take care of of your family. If I can give 10 starts I definitely would. Our experience with Olson Funeral Home was nothing short of exceptional. Steve was compassionate during our initial call and insisted on contacting the appropriate places to coordinate our loved ones return from out of state. He kept us up to date with every step during her return. Then we met with John and he made the funeral planning process incredibly smooth. During the visitation and funeral, he gently kept us on time, but was more than respectful while we were grieving. He even went above and beyond to make sure all our wishes and needs were met. We could not recommend Olson Funeral Home enough.

Fitzgerald is the only funeral home we would use. We have many family members who have been put to rest by this funeral home.and always felt well taken care of by the staff.

Zeya at Fitzgerald really helped me out. I needed help finding a burial site. I didnt have the money for the headstone back many years ago. I was trying so hard to find where the site was. They were able to help me, with much effort, find the site. They really went above and beyond to help me find the cemetery. It meant the world to me. Now I can finally be at peace. We have pets buried here and plan on being buried on the human side too. And sometimes we get to see wild turkeys and deer � is like being in the forest with wildlife so peaceful

During the most difficult time of my life they were there to comfort me and help take care of my son's arrangements. They understand what we wanted to do for him. The place is very nice warm and inviting to us along with the many guests we had. My son looked like an angel. I was impressed by his appearance very well done. The days and months after were extremely difficult but was remembered by their staff. They reached out to me often asking if I was doing okay and offering any help I could use during these difficult times. I was comforted by Elizabeth during an overwhelming episode of emotions. She discussed her own pain of losing her own child which brought me comfort after losing mine. She understood my pain and made it easier to get through such an overwhelming process. I'm glad my Aunt found this place. They are very professional yet human and compassionate during others pain and suffering. I was impressed how she would reach out to me over the weeks and months after just asking

I would recommend the Cremation Society to anyone in need of such a service. The process was simple and as stress free as something can be at a difficult time. Cindy was very helpful and thorough in explaining everything, and she even asked about something in the included obituary to make sure thats what I intended to say. This is the place to go for compassionate service at a quite reasonable price. I thank them again.

The people there was so understanding and helpful. They suggested things but did not push u into purchasing extra things. I would highly recommend the faulty. My loved one looked wonderful as well
