Extremely pleased. The entire staff that assisted myself and the other family that did get involved. Peace of Mind is everything to anyone who deals with a recent death in a family. No matter what age the deceased individual was. Very courteous and very patient with questions. This Funeral home had been used by many family members since the late 1950's and they have feelings also. The funeral home on Center St. in Elgin itself is in itself a beautiful place and.... they answer their phone all the time - which is helpful because grieving persons may not respect others. I was sent there less than 1day after my 95 year old mother passed and they are tactful and good listeners. Very gracious and were willing to answer any questions.

Recently had to arrange service and funeral for both my parents. They looked like beautiful Angels. I recommend going with Cliff if possible. Hes very knowledgeable and polite. As for Ana she deserves a raise loved her, she was very understanding of our feelings and very nice lady . Thank you guys for everything and making the process easier for our family.

Both of my parents recently passed away & were both waked here . We were treated well & our parents looked very nice especially my mother. Omg , she looked so beautiful, we were very pleased & we are very thankful to them.. nothing but good to say .

The owner Daniel, and Jeff were extremely kind and beyond helpful and patient, helping me make arrangements of everything I wanted for my husbands services. And Kris Peters, who provided his services the entire evening of my husbands wake, was an absolutely God send. One of the most wonderful things, besides the people here, is the fact that you are not sharing the evening with anyone else. The services are provided for your family and your family alone for the evening(s) you select. I highly recommend their services and I guarantee you will not be disappointed. On top of which they were extremely reasonable. I am so grateful I chose them to celebrate my husband life.

Everyone at Symonds-Madison treated us with the utmost respect. From the very beginning to the very end, the entire staff made the process of losing a loved one a bit more comforting. Daniel, Jeff, and Kris guided us the entire way and Jennifer and the rest of the staff kept us informed and updated. The layout was clean, well-organized, and professional. The tribute video was much appreciated and allowed for family and friends to reminisce throughout the night. No issue was too great for Kris as he accommodated us for the entire service without hesitation. I would really like to express how grateful my family is for the way everything went. My father looked peaceful and my family was treated as one of their own. Thank you all for guiding us through these difficult times.

Fox Valley Pet Cremation Services was a true blessing during one of the hardest momentssaying goodbye to our beloved Kali. From the very beginning, Keith treated her with genuine care, dignity, and compassion. You can immediately tell he understands how heartbreaking it is to lose a pet, and he handled every step with patience and kindness that brought us real comfort. Having Kali back home was incredibly important to us, and Keith made that possible in such a respectful, reassuring way. The urn is beautiful, and the thoughtful touches meant the world: some of her fur, a cement paw print, and a heartfelt letter that I will treasure always and keep. Those details werent extrasthey were moments of comfort and closure when we needed it most. Both of my beloved Doberman Pinschers, Monza and Mika passed away within 5 months of each other. I am truly devastated :( I am so thankful for FVPCS, they are the most kindest people I have ever met. Not sure what I would have done. It was a very painful and difficult moment for me but they made the process easier with both of my babies. I have my babies home with me now. Until we meet again at the rainbow bridge my loves! �� Thank you so much!

I want to thank Marci for all the support she provided me through this hard process. I love coming to visit my Dad Abelardo where he now rest in peace here at Mount Hope.
