Extremely pleased. The entire staff that assisted myself and the other family that did get involved. Peace of Mind is everything to anyone who deals with a recent death in a family. No matter what age the deceased individual was. Very courteous and very patient with questions. This Funeral home had been used by many family members since the late 1950's and they have feelings also. The funeral home on Center St. in Elgin itself is in itself a beautiful place and.... they answer their phone all the time - which is helpful because grieving persons may not respect others. I was sent there less than 1day after my 95 year old mother passed and they are tactful and good listeners. Very gracious and were willing to answer any questions.

Recently had to arrange service and funeral for both my parents. They looked like beautiful Angels. I recommend going with Cliff if possible. Hes very knowledgeable and polite. As for Ana she deserves a raise loved her, she was very understanding of our feelings and very nice lady . Thank you guys for everything and making the process easier for our family.

Both of my parents recently passed away & were both waked here . We were treated well & our parents looked very nice especially my mother. Omg , she looked so beautiful, we were very pleased & we are very thankful to them.. nothing but good to say .
