I want everyone to know how absolutely wonderful this funeral home was. The owner Daniel, and Jeff were extremely kind and beyond helpful and patient, helping me make arrangements of everything I wanted for my husbands services. And Kris Peters, who provided his services the entire evening of my husbands wake, was an absolutely God send. One of the most wonderful things, besides the people here, is the fact that you are not sharing the evening with anyone else. The services are provided for your family and your family alone for the evening(s) you select. I highly recommend their services and I guarantee you will not be disappointed. On top of which they were extremely reasonable. I am so grateful I chose them to celebrate my husband life.

Everyone at Symonds-Madison treated us with the utmost respect. From the very beginning to the very end, the entire staff made the process of losing a loved one a bit more comforting. Daniel, Jeff, and Kris guided us the entire way and Jennifer and the rest of the staff kept us informed and updated. The layout was clean, well-organized, and professional. The tribute video was much appreciated and allowed for family and friends to reminisce throughout the night. No issue was too great for Kris as he accommodated us for the entire service without hesitation. I would really like to express how grateful my family is for the way everything went. My father looked peaceful and my family was treated as one of their own. Thank you all for guiding us through these difficult times.
