Very understanding and accommodating

My Mother passed away a year ago. I couldnt believe when I received a message from Cremation Society of IL telling me they were thinking about our family at this time. I was numb going into their doors a year ago and probably didnt even realize how easy they made things for me but over time as I spoke to others about their experiences with other cremation agencies I knew I had found someone special. Not once did I feel pressure during the process. They handled everything for us. Then followed up by sending positive messages of support. Truly a unique organization.
