Thanks for taking care of our baby Cooper and making it a little less difficult when things were already stressful. Upmost respect for you. Going above and beyond. I'd definitely give more stars if it would allow. Great business and just great humans!
My husband & Is soul dog/son/best friend had an aggressive cancer & passed on New Years Day this year! Its been 15 excruciatingly painful days without him! We went through Bi City cremation & Lance was more than wonderful during the process! The vet told us that since our baby was over 70 pounds we would need to call to see if they were able to do a clay paw print which was something very special & important to me. I called Lance & he told me he would do his best. Well, I called him throughout the weekend because I was so worried & nervous that we may not be able to get one & he made sure that he got it done for us! He was so kind & caring & treated me very well throughout everything! We got our baby back within a week & everything was packaged so nice & we even got a card! Thank you Lance for making this painful process a little easier.
Thanks to this place! My fur baby best friend was at the end of her road taking it day by day after 12 long great years of an amazing adventure. She so happen to go in the middle of the night on the weekend. I was waiting to go thru my vet but she beat me to do so. Even being the weekend with majority of vet offices closed, I still reached out and got a return call back on a Sunday. I was worried about reserving her body til business hours Monday. They however did offer to pick her up on Sunday with a small additional fee. They offer a nice remembrance package and guarantee the handling of the process. They definitely came thru in the time of need for my girl's passing.
