Great customer service Nancy and Dulce helped us with my dads services. Very helpful and did not rush us through the process. Alejandra assisted the day of my dads memorial and she was great did not rush us right at 9PM and let it us take our time to say our last goodbyes. The only reason did not give 5 stars is because they need to keep up with ground landscaping and weeds and fencing. So far customer service has been great.

Everyone at Green Acres Memorial Park has been wonderful. We lost both our Mom and Dad this January 2026 and Green Acres helped and explained everything with such compassion. Always keeping us updated and answering any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this specific location in Bloomington for anyone that has lost loved ones. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained also.
