I cannot say enough good things about Haynes Mortuary! They took such wonderful care of my grandfather Leo Adams and of our family during a very difficult time. He looked amazing, and the staff was professional, kind, and truly compassionate from start to finish. They made an incredibly difficult day feel peaceful and meaningful. During one of the hardest moments for our family, Haynes Mortuary made us feel supported and cared for. My family and I will always be thankful for the way they honored him.

The staff and directors go well above what they have to do. They truly care about each family. The staff was the most knowledgeable about providing all the information needed when we purchased our pre-arrangements. They have Dignity Plans that fit our wishes perfectly. Great people!!

Patrick takes personal care of your loved one represents them well very professional I would recommend him to my enemy.

I cannot speak more highly of the services offered by Richardson Hill Funeral Home. Our family have used the services of Richardson Hill 3 times. Our loved ones was cared for with dignity honor and respect. We found Richardson Hill staff to be very professional friendly accommodating compassion as well caring. We could not have ask for more excellent experience.

The staff of Tristate was more than helpful. They turned an otherwise awful and stressful experience into the best that it could be. They assisted through the whole process and even answered the phone outside of business hours to help with any questions. The entire staff was wonderful, and this was also after dealing with a separate funeral home (not in this area) who was not the nicest. Tristate staff was not only professional and accommodating, but they CARED, which is exactly what families need.

Handled my grandma's visitation and funeral very respectfully and the low cost was a relief to my family. We chose cremation and memorial with Tristate again for my Grammy recently and again everyone I met was so compassionate you would think she was their Grammy too.

Tri-State handled my grandpa's cremation back in February of 2024 and went above and beyond. I was in school at the time for Funeral Services and had only heard of them by word of mouth and I am so glad I made the split second decision. The cost I later learned was the most reasonable in the area but the care my family was shown was the kindest. I am truly grateful for the service & care Tri-State is supporting our community with and have chosen them several times since last February.
