Cannot say enough good things about Benton County Memorial Park. From my first phone call with Darrick, we were treated with compassion, kindness and grace. Darrick guided us step by step through the process as we planned Miemmie's Memorial Service. He was never in a rush or impatient as we navigated what needs to be done through the fog of grief. In a time of sadness, Benton County, Darrick and the team where a bright light.
My entire experience with them from start to finish has been amazing! They are so gentle and sensitive about my loss and took care of everything with the utmost respect and professionalism. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. And Toph's.
Very nice kept grounds.

Rollins Funeral Home has walked alongside our family through unimaginable loss, and I truly cannot say enough about the care and compassion they provide. Nearly a year ago, they helped my grandfather plan and honor his wifes service. That loss came just days after our family lost their daughter my mother. The kindness and empathy they showed during that incredibly painful time left a lasting impression on our entire family. In January, they once again helped us lay my grandfather to rest. Throughout every step of the process, their team was organized, thoughtful, and genuinely compassionate. They didnt just handle arrangements they cared deeply about the people they were serving and the loved ones being memorialized. During some of the hardest moments a family can face, Rollins Funeral Home brought calm, dignity, and heartfelt support. They are truly on top of their game, and I cannot think of a better place to trust with end-of-life care in Northwest Arkansas. Our family wil
Christie at Rollins helped me through the preplanning of a funeral for my husband and myself. Not a pleasant task but it was done with ease. Also with Christie's kind nature it was completed with as little stress as possible. I appreciated the process and having that task done.
Everyone was so nice, caring and helpful. Blaire was especially wonderful to work with. She was very caring and helpful in walking us through our options. The stressful situation of planning a funeral was made very easy and was not stressful at all. I highly recommend Rollins Funeral Home.

Carla and Benton County Funeral Home did an amazing job with my daddy's funeral. She showed so much care and compassion for my family. She was helpful without being pushy and never tried to upsell my mom anything. Her or one of the other people there fixed my dad up where he almost looked like he was just sleeping. I can't give enough praise to them. Thanks again Carla
Funeral arrangements for a relative are inherently difficult. The folks at Benton County Funeral Home were wonderful. They were welcoming, compassionate, and respectful. Most of all they were professional. Thanks for making a difficult situation easy and smooth
Recently, my family experienced the passing of my uncle. This was an extremely difficult time for all of us, especially for my grandparents, my uncles, my aunts, my parents and myself. We had never gone through a loss this close before and truly had no idea how the process worked here. Thanks to Oscar, everything was made so much smoother. He is a compassionate and respectful human being, and my family and I will be forever grateful to have had his guidance. Oscar was understanding, empathetic, and patient, helping us navigate each step with care. I cannot express enough gratitude for the way he represented the funeral home and supported us throughout. From the planning, to the funeral, and all the way to the burial. Because of Oscar, Karla and the organization, we were able to give my uncle the proper and honorable service he deserved. I truly hope Oscar knows how many lives he touches through the compassionate service he provides. I would, without hesitation, recommend Benton Coun

Nelson-Berna was there for me and my family at one of the most difficult times of my life. They customized their services to fit our needs admirably. It was like Colby read my mind, knew what I needed better than I did at the time and did his best to meet them. I cant imagine going through this with anyone else, but Nelson-Berna. Thank you, Friends!
My husband recently passed away and because we were new to the area we chose to have a private memorial with just immediate family. Being that he was being cremated, we had the memorial service Immediately, which meant we would do it on a Sunday. Colby and Kristi were so gracious and kind. They said it would not be a problem to do that. They went the extra mile to make him look like he was just asleep on a bed. We were never rushed. And it couldn't have been more lovingly handled. Days later they called on two different occasions just to see how I was doing and if they could do anything else for me. I know when the time comes for me to join my husband Nelson-Berna will give my family the same loving Comfort.
The team at Nelson-Berna went above and beyond in helping my family through the death of our mother. From the first call we made, we knew we were in great hands. The N-B Team made the process so smooth and issue free. This type of service is so appreciated during a vulnerable season. Christie took great care of my family. We would highly recommend this business when your family finds themselves mourning your closest loved one. SCR

Accepted our pet with professionalism, kindness, and care. That part impressed us very much. We dropped our pet off Thursday morning and were told it would be 24 to 48 hours. Told us they would call us when he was ready to pick up. Never got called so called Monday afternoon to check. They said they had to go check. Came back and said, yes he's ready. Would've been really nice to get a phone call.
