Robert was the kindest, most understanding person to work with during the hardest time of my life. He helped me so compassionately while explaining the whole funeral process to me when my son was taken from me WAY too soon. The chapel is beautiful and kept up so well. Leah was in charge the day of the funeral and it was perfect; they did a wonderful job on my baby! The streaming came out great, the programs (obituarys ) were beautiful and everything was wonderful for my son to be laid to rest. Im very thankful for Moores Chapel Funeral Home and their services.
The death of a loved one is one of the most difficult times I've ever had. But I was lucky, my husband had a prepaid funeral plan with Moores Chapel. Almost all of the details had already been decided. Moores Chapel treated my husband and our family with compassion, & professional and competent care. They took time to explain what needed to be done every step of the way. They made sure everything was as perfect as it could be. And their care and concern didn't end at the grave site. They have contacted me multiple times to see if I was OK and if there was anything else that they could help me with. Choosing Moores Chapel can't bring your loved one back but they can make that time more easier. Thank you Moores Chapel.
During an incredibly difficult time, Robert and the staff at Moore's were warm, compassionate, and deeply supportive. Having lost two close family members within the past year, they have truly been by our side through both experiences. Their care did not end after the services were over. They have continued to check in on our family in a way that feels genuine and supportive, never overbearing. When it was hard to focus or know what decisions to make, they patiently walked us through every option with kindness and understanding. While no one ever wants to need these services, I cannot recommend Moore's highly enough. Their compassion, professionalism, and ongoing support made an unimaginable time a little more bearable.

I had as good as an experience as I could ever imagine. The staff was comforting, caring ,and efficient in taking care of our funeral needs. They also followed up with us several times after to see if we needed anything else and to check on our well being. They made a bad situation much easier to deal with .
The Nelson Berna staff were consistently kind, helpful, and professional. We never felt hurried or unseen. My family sensed their humanity in every conversation & we recommend them highly.
Compassionate care. Thorough explanation of everything I would need to know and they followed up to check on how I was doing. I was completely satisfied and would highly recommend them.

I would give them a 6 star rating if it were possible! They handled my mothers service earlier this year and now our sons. They were compassionate and handled our requests with care. We highly recommend.
My mother passed away February 2nd 2025, and my younger brother passed away November 22nd 2019. Beards took care of both funerals. They were so caring and professional. I live in Kansas any questions I had all I had to do is call. The funeral was beautiful both times for my brother and also my mother. They were like family. Thank you so very much for making difficult times into a celebration of life.
