Very kind and compassionate to our family. Very detailed oriented. Highly recommend.
When my loved one passed, we had no idea how the process worked, but Epting Funeral Home helped us navigate everything with care and patience while we were grieving. From the start, I made it clear that one of my family members was not to be involved or given information, and the staff seemed very receptive to our wishes. However, there was a moment where one of the staff, with a good heart, made a decision that went against what we had requested. He was not upfront at first, and I found out from someone else, but once I addressed it, he admitted it honestly and worked quickly to provide a solution. The owner also stepped in and handled everything well. Overall, we appreciated that Epting is a local business with fair prices. Despite that one issue, they were compassionate, supportive, and respectful during one of the hardest times of our lives.
This is a wonderful family owned funeral home. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you Epting for helping us in a time of need.

truly, a caring place at the time of need answered all her questions took care of everything in a quickly manner, and always there for us when we needed them. Thank you again highly recommended.
I was able to honor my Father with a very personalized service with his music, service layout exactly to my plan, with every detail just as we wanted it. The team was very helpful in what is a time filled with grief, and decisions/plans are tough to make. It was a perfect setting for a smaller service (under 75) that felt very comfortable for the purpose. Thankful for everyones kindness and attention to detail.

"Celebrate your successes. Find some humor in your failures. Don't take yourself so seriously. Loosen up and everybody around you will loosen up." -Sam Walton (1918-1992) Spanning over 19 acres and including some 11,000 grave sites, the Bentonville Cemetery dates back to the mid 1800's. Unlike many other cemeteries in the south, it is inclusive and includes both African-American and white burials. It is a lawn-style and it is in excellent condition with short trimmed grass and most of the headstones have flowers. The lanes are paved and driveable or walkable. We were here to pay our respects to Mister Sam and Miss Helen, the founder of Walmart and his wife. It is a simple grave but a number of small memorials are here from those who have visited before. It is towards the northeast of the cemetery.
All the tenants are quiet and polite, had a great sleep. Would come back
