If you want a personal touch and a immense amount of love for your love one, look no further this is the place for you! Before my mom passed, she chose this location and I had no knowledge of this funeral home. But my God there is absolutely nothing I can say negatively about Mrs. Mildred and the staff a Serenity.

We lost our daughter last month (October 2025) and because of previous interactions with them, Smith Funeral Home was the first place we thought of to make arrangements. They did not disappoint! Hannah met with us to go over the many options available, and everyone there was very professional and courteous. Even though we decided not to have a public viewing they made arrangements for us to have a private one, which was a perfect way for us to say our goodbyes. And then there was the Aftercare appointment! They offered to meet with us over the phone to make sure we hadn't overlooked the many details associated with a death. Lori led a detailed discussion, asking questions to be able to steer us in the right direction for our particular situation. After the meeting she followed up with a detailed email about what we discussed, including additional resources we could review on our own. She also said we could call again if we had any additional questions or needed help with something. W

Nicole did fantastic explaining everything to us pre-planning my mothers funeral. I had to do something that my mother should have but didnt. Nicole was patient, super nice and it was a pleasure working with her. When it was finished I considered her as a friend not a funeral planner. She is a blessing to Griffin Leggette!

Was treated so well when I was having my first autopsy. G W did the Y incision perfectly and after he weighed my organs they were bagged up and out back in my cavity so neatly. The one negative thing I have to say is that it was quite cold there and some extra heating would be a bonus.

Process was smooth and easy. No problems. Cost is excellent compared to what a funeral home would charge. If you choose cremation, this establishment is an excellent choice.

Mr. Smith displayed a degree of excellence comparable to any I have seen. He was expeditious and concise in every step he made. Mr. Smith made the transition of my sister-in-law Brenda, comforting for my brother Brian as well as for Brenda's family members. He was kind, patient, and sincere. There are not enough words to describe the professionalism given to our families. I recommend if you want a smooth transition in your time of need contact Mr. Kelly Smith. You will not. regret it.

Unfortunately and fortunately Mr. Kelly Smith, Has taken care of multiple family members. In my personal opinion Kelly is not just doing a job. He's walking in his God given ministry. He sincerely cares about your well being on more than just a physical level, during your bereavement. He helps you every step of the way. He's able to give non bias advice, when needed. He takes a very humble pridefullness in his work. He's very detailed, even with small things, that a person might not even notice. Maya Angelo said " You might not remember what a person said. But you will always remember how they made you feel." Kelly held an umbrella over me outside in a storm, while everyone was inside eating. When he wrapped his arm around me. He side don't worry it's going to be alright one morning. It wasn't just his words, but it was his genuine expression of comfort that will forever be in my heart.

Contacted on line, they called to follow up, were very knowledgeable and told us what we needed to know about their offering which matched our wishes. Staff was courteous, gave us time to make our decision and went out of their way to make the process convenient for us.

I highly recommend Neptune Society when making final arrangements. In my opinion and based on research they offer the best plans, most affordable pricing and I believe are committed to making the process as easy as possible. Those left behind are spared the added burden of outrageous financial gouging in those times when they are most emotional.

I want to personally thank Paradise Funeral Home for taking such good care of my family during the loss of my uncle. The staff is very personable and sensitive to the needs of the family. I would also like to mention their affordable prices as well. Diontae took good care of us and ensured my uncle was out to rest with style and grace.

Robinson Mortuary is one of the best in the state. Theyve done at least two funerals for us. They are responsible, respectful and on time. They are wonder wonderful people.
