We lost our daughter last month (October 2025) and because of previous interactions with them, Smith Funeral Home was the first place we thought of to make arrangements. They did not disappoint! Hannah met with us to go over the many options available, and everyone there was very professional and courteous. Even though we decided not to have a public viewing they made arrangements for us to have a private one, which was a perfect way for us to say our goodbyes. And then there was the Aftercare appointment! They offered to meet with us over the phone to make sure we hadn't overlooked the many details associated with a death. Lori led a detailed discussion, asking questions to be able to steer us in the right direction for our particular situation. After the meeting she followed up with a detailed email about what we discussed, including additional resources we could review on our own. She also said we could call again if we had any additional questions or needed help with something. W
