We've had several family members go through this building, my wife and I have had two of our own children (age 17 yo and 2 day old) pass away and used their services. The amount of perpetual care for the grounds keep is growing, they have been sooo generous in letting families display flowers and ornaments of sorts. The costs of funeral expenses are high no doubt, then you find those without markers or at other cemeteries sunken holes and in just terrible conditions. Some local cemeteries are completely forgotten. Many families have come to an end. I'm full aware of life after this death, guilty of leaving gospel tracts in hopes of at least one to give their life over to The Giver. Grieving is hard, I sympathize to those in pain in these times and I do agree we need a place, but also it is a business. Seems cold to be rushed, family after family members leave us. We had my nephew's memorial service yesterday. It was a very small gathering and we used the lovely pavilion there. He was cremated, so the excavation was small. My only concern was that the shovel as left lying across the grave, and the dirt was left uncovered. Please rethink this for the next family.
