Todd & his sons were professional & easy to work with. They went above & beyond & work with you every step of the way.
A very caring and wonderful family to work with, Todd goes above and beyond to help.
The staff was professional, caring and understanding. My family actually had the unfortunate experience of having 2 funerals within a month. Todd and the staff were there when we needed them and we are forever grateful.

My wife and I were looking for a cremation urn for the remains of Linda's Mother's ashes. We visited the Cress Funeral Home in Sun Prairie and was introduced to Christine Mickelson. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She showed us books on urns and let us take one home so that we could pick out the perfect urn. Called her to let her know what we wanted. She called us when the urn came in to set up a time to pick it up. Thank you Christine for your kindness and professionalism. Linda and Frank Milligan
My father passed away on April 4 at Oak Park Place memory care. When the coroner asked which funeral home to call, Cress was the first place that came to mind as they have a location near our home. It was a blessing that we chose Cress. The apprentice funeral directors met with me at Oak Park Place in the meeting and got us set up for a meeting the following day with Christine Mickelson. She handled all of our details in a caring and compassionate way. And, there were extra complexities as dad's burial was 750 miles away in North Dakota. Christine liaised with a funeral home in North Dakota and got all of our service details lined up from afar. Comprehensive, caring, and compassionate -- that is exactly the kind of funeral services a family needs during the loss of a loved one. I enthusiastically give Cress a 5 star review!
My sister in law passed away and we are holding a Memorial Ceremony at Cress. We have been working with Christine to prepare for the Memorial in July. She has been very helpful and prompt in responding to our questions. We feel confident she will make this day special for our family as we remember our lost sister.
