The Krause family unit could not have been more compassionate, friendly, helpful, and detailed in such an awful period in mine and my daughters lives. I cant say enough wonderful things about them. They have also reached out numerous times to see how I was doing and offered online suggestions for help if I need it. Thanks Krause.

I went with the New Berlin location for my mom because several years prior they did the funeral for my father in law and did a very nice job. They did an exceptional job with my mom. They were very helpful with making the arrangements and up front with the pricing. No pushy sales or unnecessary upgrades, they did offer professional, helpful suggestions. They did a beautiful job preparing my mom for the viewing. I was very impressed by the amount of attention to detail they gave to the whole event. Everything went smoothly from the funeral home, to the church, to the cemetery and burial. The package they gave afterwards with the memorial book and thank you cards also included photos of the floral arrangements that were sent and displayed, which I thought was a very nice touch, giving a nice, lasting memory of the flowers. I highly recommend the Krause New Berlin location. They have an outstanding staff there.
